Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DynamicInterfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1b. AI-generated output
The interfaces produced by our AI generation endpoints are created on demand and provided “as is”. You are responsible for reviewing every generated artefact before using it in production. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, free of bias, or fit for any particular purpose, and you must not rely on it for life- or safety-critical applications.
1c. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or that violates the terms of our underlying AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). We may suspend access for repeated abuse.
1d. Prohibited uses under the EU AI Act
DynamicInterfaces is classified as a limited-risk AI system under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (“AI Act”). You MUST NOT deploy the SDK, the plugin, or any output of our service in any of the following high-risk or prohibited contexts without a separate written agreement and an executed Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment (FRIA, Art. 27 AI Act):
- Biometric categorisation, emotion recognition, or any form of social scoring of natural persons (Art. 5 AI Act — prohibited).
- Subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive techniques intended to distort behaviour and cause significant harm (Art. 5 AI Act — prohibited).
- Exploitation of vulnerabilities related to age, disability, or socio-economic situation (Art. 5 AI Act — prohibited).
- Evaluation of creditworthiness, credit scoring, or pricing of life and health insurance (Annex III §5 — high-risk).
- Recruitment, candidate screening, employee monitoring, or task allocation in employment (Annex III §4 — high-risk).
- Access to or enjoyment of essential public or private services (healthcare, benefits, emergency dispatch) (Annex III §5 — high-risk).
- Education or vocational training admission, scoring, or monitoring (Annex III §3 — high-risk).
- Law enforcement, migration, asylum, border control, or administration of justice (Annex III §§6-8 — high-risk).
- Critical infrastructure operation (energy, water, transport) where AI output affects safety (Annex III §2 — high-risk).
You further agree: (a) not to disable the “AI-personalized” disclosure that our SDK renders (Art. 50(1) AI Act); (b) not to strip thedata-ai-generatedattributes or <meta name="ai-generated"> tag our SDK injects (Art. 50(2)); (c) to inform your own users that their interface is being personalized by AI. Breach of this section is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension and termination without refund.
2. Use of Services
You may use our services only:
- In compliance with these terms
- In accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- For lawful purposes only
- Without interfering with our services
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality are owned by DynamicInterfaces and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
DynamicInterfaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
